Just back from his second appearance on Conan O'Brien this year, Shane Mauss is originally from La Crosse, WI. He moved to Boston and in April 2004 he started pursuing his childhood dream of being a stand up comedian. He used his offbeat, creative, and clever material, his prolific writing, and laid back delivery to become the fastest rising comic in Boston. In less than three years Shane had much success including: Finalist in the 2006 International Boston Comedy Festival And most recently was 1 of 22 stand up comics from around the world invited to the very prestigious HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, where he was awarded Best Stand Up Comic of 2007! Since then he had two appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, has been on The Bob and Tom Radio Show, and "Night Calls" on Playboy TV. He has a lot more on the horizon including being on the 2008 season of Comedy Central's Live at Gotham and much more.
