Shakespeare on the Canal: the Two Gentlemen of Verona August 6, 2010

Heartland Actors Repertory Theatre presents its third annual Shakespeare on the Canal production, 'The Two Gentlemen of Verona' at the amphitheater in White River State Park. In just two years, HART has laid claim to providing the city's most memorable Shakespeare events. It is estimated that over 1,000 people flocked to the canal-side amphitheater each of the last two summers to see the company's fully professional productions of Shakespeare's comedies. This summer promises the same, as 'The Two Gentlemen of Verona,' one of the Bard's lesser known plays, hasn't been produced in Indianapolis in several years.
