Shakespeare & Company Literary Festival June 11, 2008

"Thirty of the world's most celebrated writers will come together to explore this genre on the Left Bank of Paris opposite Notre Dame. This is the only literary festival in the heart of Paris and perpetuates the long-standing tradition of Shakespeare & Company fostering literary life in Paris. FestivalandCo is a not for profit Association.

During the four days of the festival we celebrate the written word with readings (texts read in both French and English), panel discussions, book signings, film screenings and other cultural events. Most events take place under a marquee in the Square René Viviani directly next to Shakespeare & Company."
