Shake & Shiver: a frosty formal to benefit Girls Rock Philly December 2, 2006

Girls Rock Philly, a non-profit organization working to establish Philadelphia’s only rock camp for girls, will hold its first fundraising event, Shake & Shiver, on Dec. 2nd. The winter-themed dance party will feature music from Girls DJ Collective and Dave P (Making Time, Click), film screenings from Small Change Collective and an excerpt from the movie Girls Rock!, a raffle, refreshments, and a holiday photo booth.

Several local female artists will transform The Parlor into a highly adorned winter wonderland. Attendees are encouraged to come decked out in their winter best. Sliding donation scale, $7-$70. 21+
