2009 San Franccisco Forecast with CAR Economist Robert Kleinhenz What's OnOur Real Estate Horizon?
Dr. Robert Kleinhenz, Deputy Chief Economist for California Association of Realtors will share the 2009 Market Outlook for the San Francisco Bay Area real estate industry. Dr. Kleinhenz will also discuss the outlook for the rest of this year and what we can expect moving forward.
He will also be answering your questions about our current economic times and the stimulus package!
Robert Kleinhenz is the Deputy Chief Economist for the California Association of REALTORS, a statewide trade organization of real estate professionals with nearly 175,000 members. Robert manages C.A.R.'s research and economics department, which gathers and publishes information on the California housing market, and conducts survey research of consumers and C.A.R. members.

We are resurrecting/implementing the following tiered fee schedule to encourage timely RSVPs:
Members and Guests:$38 in advance by early bird deadline$45 at door
Non-Members:$48 in advance by early bird deadline$55 at the door
We hope the new fee schedule will encourage you to let us know when you are coming so we can order the correct number of lunches. We are committed to pay the venue based on our RSVP count and our Chapter is responsible for the cost even if you can't make it. As a Non-Profit, $38 is the direct cost of the lunch so please help our Chapter not lose any more money.
