The fourth Wed. of the month is the free monthly gathering of online community managers, enthusiasts, and innovators to meet and discuss tools and strategies for building and managing effective communities.

We're back for our first MeetUp of 2010 on our usual fourth Wednesday of the month. http://www.meetup.com/SF-Online-Community-Report/calendar/11740320/

For our January meeting, Peggy Duvette, Executive Director of WiserEarth will be our guest speaker. Peggy's presentation will kick-off an informal discussion on activism-oriented communities, community management strategy, and tools. This event will take place in-person in San Francisco with live Web streaming, broadcasting into the virtual world of Second Life in the EcoCommons, and live-tweeting via TweetChat (Twitter hashtag: #ocrsf).

Hope to see you there!
