December 24: 5 p.m., 7 p.m., 9 p.m.

Taking a cue from the outrageously popular and festively irreverent international phenomenon of SantaCon, San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus Music Director Dr. Timothy Seelig has announced a hip holiday program entitled "SantaConCert" for the organization's seasonal concerts to be held this 35th anniversary year.

For 24 years SFGMC has packed the Castro Theater on Christmas Eve, December 24, for what has become a legendary Bay Area tradition of multiple concerts for community and family. The three performances at the iconic Castro Theatre on Christmas Eve began as a way for people in San Francisco who could not go home for the holidays to gather and celebrate. Over the years, the concerts have become a destination for people from around the world. The intimate setting and anticipation of the holiday arriving in only hours make these concerts a truly "over the top" experience. The men of the Chorus sing and dance their way into your hearts and become your very own holiday family.
