In our fun and interactive workshop, you will learn:

* To understand the importance of setting goals and tracking your performance
* Three reasons to know the score
* The building blocks of scorekeeping
* To identify your key result areas (KRA’s)
* To establish goals & metrics in each of your KRA’s
* To assess your current performance
* To evaluate your feedback system

Our Setting Goals and Keeping Score workshop is fun and interactive. We limit our workshops to 20 participants in each so that each individual will get the most from the discussions. Exercises and games personalize the learning and make it fun. Each participant has an opportunity to contribute to the group and help enrich the learning experience for all.
