For a truly weatherproof day out, come to Audley End House and Gardens for our "Servants, Sorbet & Sport" days and see the house in a whole new light. Enjoy the real upstairs, downstairs experience of a stately home with a rare visit from Lady Braybrooke and her nephew.
Watch as the servants prepare special meals, including sorbets and other delicacies from the period, and get into the Olympic spirit with a game of cricket or croquet overseen by Lady Braybrooke's nephew, a keen sportsman himself. Meet Lady Augusta in the stables too and learn about some of the equine sports of the period.
