Now signed to 4AD (was a band and label ever so perfect for each other?), they released their second album ‘No 2: Abyss In B Minor’ in March. It’s a masterpiece, mixing the rhythms and abrasiveness of ‘Xtrmntr’-era Primal Scream with the otherworldly beauty of ‘Loveless’.

The LA-based psych-rock five-piece take time out from supporting Band Of Horses to co-headline tonight’s show. They’ve just finished recording their third album and also found time to contribute a cover of The 13th Floor Elevators’ ‘She Lives (In A Time Of Her Own)’ to Sonic Cathedral’s Roky Erickson tribute album.
