Senior Access to meet in January January 21, 2009

At their January meeting, Senior Access members will learn more about Touchpoint, a healthy life transitions program offered through Community Health Network. Learn about upcoming programs, group trips and discounts from Shelley O’Connell, Touchpoint program manager.
