Speaker: Tracey Miller has over 20 years of management experience in both start-up and multi-billion dollar corporations in Canada and the United States. Her management experience crosses such functional areas as marketing, operations and human resources. Ms. Miller's clients include a wide range of pre-IPO and emerging-growth companies. In addition to her consulting role, Ms. Miller has been an instructor for the University of California, Santa Cruz, Human Resources Management Certificate Program since 1997. In this capacity, she teaches Effective Employee Relations.
