Tired of High Strata Management Fee's? I was. I'm a strata owner and found that the services we were getting were outrageous for what we were paying. I'm also a web developer so I thought i'd do something about it.

I've designed a website that allows strata's to manage their own affairs online. Pay strata fees, discuss and vote on issues, share files, a directory... the sorts of things that help keep everyone in the loop, but on thier own time.

I'll be presenting the features of the software and teaching interested strata owners how to use the system most effectively to better communicate and manage your strata on your own.
