Self-Knowledge - Discover The Spiritual Within (Introductory Talk)

In this introductory talk, we will explain about the use of self-knowledge and how to truly know oneself. This, according to ancient spiritual traditions, is the way to acquire true wisdom.

Discover powerful techniques for delving deeply within your own psychology and understand the different behaviors we have - how they affect our relationships, our circumstances and our life. Learn about the amazing potential each person has for change. See for yourself how and where to begin, discover the ability to respond to life and others with greater clarity and intelligence while activating the spiritual part within. Through investigating the causes of suffering, depression, anxiety and all the problems in life, learn about overcoming them and finding the source of true peace and wisdom.

Open the door to change by gaining direct insight into the world of thoughts, feelings and emotions and learn how self-knowledge can lead to profound spiritual experiences.

This introductory talk will be followed by 9-week course Power of Gnostic Meditation (starting on January 7-th at 7:30 pm), where you will get a chance to explore the techniques of self-knowledge in more depth and meet other students and qualified instructors to discuss and explore further the world of psychology and self-knowledge.

A part of the Gnostic Center is also a Cafe, run by our volunteers, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or healthy snacks, as well as a Reading Corner, where you can read a selection of spiritual books.
