What is the elusive "IT" that makes up a leadership "presence" and how do you display it in your job search? Is it something you are born with, or is it a skill that can be taught? This workshop will explore the topic of presence, breaking it into hard skills (communication, presentation, content, and leadership skills) that can be taught, and the more subtle aspects of presence (character, "whole self") which can grow through focus and awareness.
