Couples frequently bring a common issue into counselling – they disagree and argue over almost everything, from money to sex to the in-laws! Even qualities that drew one to the other become a source of tension and conflict over time.
Yet conflict is natural, expected and part and parcel of marriage. Most couples long to ‘See Eye to Aye’ and learn the much-needed art of good conflict management. What perspectives help to de-escalate conflicts and respect differences? What communication skills get you heard, feel understood, safe to be authentic, yet connected to your partner?
Come; learn the art of ‘seeing eye to aye’ so that you achieve intimacy without suffocation and individuality without separation.
