"See Something, Say Something" is a new theater work developed from the collaborative efforts of seven of New York's most relevant spoken word poets. The show features performance and poetry by Intangible Collective artists Edward "Edy Mac" McWilliams, Daniel "Fritz" Silber-Baker, Brian "Omni" Dillon, Eden Connelly, Caroline Rothstein and Adam Falkner, and the poetry of Reynaldo "Bamboo MC" Melendez.

The production examines the value of poetic expression by posing a question: "What if history was outlawed?" The poets explore artifacts of personal history, the importance of memory, the socio-political power struggle, and alien identity. The performers' raw energy combines with the show's unique style and structure to merge the theater and poetry worlds into one.

The one-night-only event featuring a sneak preview of “See Something Say Something” and a Poetic Showcase will take place on July 28 at The Tank Theater, located at 354 West 45th Street. It begins at 9:30 p.m., with doors opening at 9. Tickets are available online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/73852 and at the door for $10.

The Intangible Collective is looking forward to utilizing the Tank Theater toward both organizations' shared mission of expressing creative and conscious ideas through art.

About the Intangible Collective
The Intangible Collective is a group of artists committed to sharing their talents with each other and an audience through live performance, publications, audio recordings, educational workshops and new media.
