Avishai Margalit: Sectarianism – political and religious
Avishai Margalit, a leading political theorist and social critic, speaks on the varieties of sectarianism, past and present. Margalit is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and he is currently the George Kennan Professor at the Institute for Advanced Study. His books include The Ethics of Memory, Occidentalism, and The Decent Society.
