Explore your beliefs, hopes and fears about dying at "Secrets of Life and Death - Part II", Thursday, March 25th, 7 pm at First Unitarian Universalist Society of San Francisco, 1187 Franklin Street, San Francisco. Is it possible to face death with openness and awareness? Join the filmmaker, Dr. Michelle Peticolas for the screening of her award-winning film "Facing Death . . . with open eyes" and an engaging discussion about living fully now and at life's end. “Dealing with death, like any other skill, takes practice,” explains filmmaker, Dr. Michelle Peticolas. “We can learn a lot from the experience of others. That’s why I started making films about dying -- to make a tough topic a little easier for people to share.” Suggested donation -- $10. To register call (415) 776-4580 or see www.secretsoflifeanddeath.com. Secrets of Life and Death - Part I will be held on March 11, same time, same place.

Secrets of Life and Death Film S

Due to some scheduling confusion, both my films will be screening on March 25, "Facing Death with open eyes" and "Caring for Dying: the art of being present." This is a great opportunity to see both films at one time at one price. The discussion will concern an issue that affects both the dying and the caregiver.
