Chantal is the founder of DukeCityFix.com . Her professional experience includes running the website for the City of Albuquerque ( cabq.gov ), in addition to years as a technical writer for an international statistical software company.

She is a guest lecturer at UNM on technical writing and frequent speaker on blogs and new media.
