Second Annual Memorial for Homeless Persons January 20, 2007

The second annual Homeless Memorial Service is set for 4pm January 20th, 2007 at Boyle Street Community Services.

This event will bring together Edmontonians from all walks of life to remember and celebrate the lives of those who have died as a result of homelessness and the lack of safe, affordable housing in this city.

The Memorial will feature a Remembrance Ceremony, music, and Community Members speaking on the impact of being homeless on Edmonton’s streets.

The Service will be followed by a Memorial Round Dance hosted by Boyle Street Community Services, in partnership with the Edmonton Coalition on Housing and Homelessness.
