Second Annual Byerly Rummage Sale May 15, 2008

It’s time to do your spring-cleaning! Take part in the second annual Byerly Rummage Sale for a good cause! By renting booth space you can make some extra cash by selling all your old stuff, and all the booth rental proceeds will be donated to the Alexandria Food Pantry and Alexandria Care Center.

The sale will take place on Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the open lot behind Byerly Storage units, 405 South Park Avenue, Alexandria, next to Beulah Park. Parking will be available in front of Byerly Storage, just behind Nick’s Pizza on State Road 9.

Booth Rental Cost is as follows:

11X15 under large tent including 2-8 ft. tables = $20.00

11X15 no tent/ lawn only including 2-8 ft. tables = $15.00 (may bring your own tent)

11X20 under large tent including 4-8 ft. tables = $30.00

11X20 no tent/ lawn only including 4-8 ft. tables = $20.00 (may bring your own tent)

There will be limited access to electricity for $10.00.

Vendors and Consultants are also welcome! Larger spaces available upon request.

The sale will be listed in local newspapers and signs displayed around town the weekend of the sale. If you have any specifics that you would like to list, please be sure to give us those details at the time of booking. A minimum deposit of $10.00 is required for all rentals with tables/tent. The deposit will be deducted from your rental cost. Payment in full is expected no later than May 8, 2008. Deposit will be non-refundable after this date if the full payment is not received. Each person renting booth space will be asked to sign a liability waiver form stating that Byerly’s or anyone associated with Byerly Storage Rental will not be held responsible for accidents or any lost or stolen items. For your protection, the lot will be locked at night with security cameras.
