"Seaworthy" by Ali Momeni and Minneapolis Art on Wheels September 24, 2010

Using the universal themes of water, and connecting to the IAS Fall Course “Oil and Water” and Tania Pérez-Salas’ “Waters of Forgetfulness,” artist and U of M professor Ali Momeni and Minneapolis Art on Wheels (MAW) will premiere their film art installation “Seaworthy” onto the front façade of Northrop as part of the KFAI – Radio Pocho Dance Party immediately following the performance of Tania Pérez-Salas Compañia de Danza. Ali Momeni is an assistant professor of Art at the University of Minnesota and founder of MAW.
