Seattle Presents-Wu Ziying November 15, 2007

This master of the guqin, an ancient stringed instrument of the zither family, performs traditional Chinese music. Before immigrating to the United States, Ziying was a professor of traditional Chinese Music at Shanghai Normal University and was the director of the Shanghai Qin Association. The Mei'an and Wu schools of guqin music are predominant in his performance repertoire. Free shows!
