Mashriq means "East" in Arabic, Persian and Turkish. As their name suggests, these musicians blend styles from all over the Middle East and Central Asia including Arabic, Persian, Kurdish, Turkish, North African and Central Asian traditions. The trio includes ney (flute), oud (lute) and percussion.

The previously scheduled performance by Kamand has been canceled.
