Seattle International Comedy Competition November 3, 2005

The 26th Annual Seattle International StandUp Comedy Competition will begin on Thursday Nov 3 and run through Monday Nov. 28 2005.

Hundreds of comedians audition each year to compete in the Annual Seattle International Stand Up Comedy Competition. Only thirty are chosen. In the course of 24 shows over 26 days each November, the field gets whittled down, from 30 to 10 semi-finalists, to "The Funniest 5" who compete in the Finals for the crown.

The competition happens every night in a different venue in Seattle, Kent, Milton and Bellingham. There is a daily blog that summarizes the action as well as Podcasts and more!
