Blue Roots is a mix of traditional American music - early New Orleans jazz, gospel and soul. Blue Roots features singer, guitarist and trumpeter Lech Wierzynski; Quinn DeVeaux on vocal, guitar and harmonica; bassist Nathaniel Brenner; and Nansamba Ssensalo on washboard and vocals. Beaucoup Blue is the Philadelphia based duo of David and Adrian Mowry. Father and son have been performing their music strongly rooted in the blues, up and down the eastern seaboard. Bridging many gaps in American music, their soulful traditional and contemporary style mesh into an innovative and authentic sound.
