A top chef and a sommelier—what a winning combination! Join WNDC General Manager, Chef Gilles Syglowski, and Sommelier Laurent Guinand as they return to take your mind and palate on an insider’s tour of an elegantly-presented three-course dinner featuring seafood dishes and wines to warm you through the winter. At the end of the evening, Chef Syglowski will provide copies of the recipes.
The menu will feature dishes such as Seafood Bisque with truffles, mixed baby greens with grilled Shrimp and lemon basil vinaigrette, Coquille St Jacques Thermidor, and Zabaglione. Bring your friends and your appetite.
