Seabee Center Mud Run September 12, 2009

The course will be roughly 3 to 4 miles with a mixture of terrains. There will be numerous wet obstacles (ditches, trenches, mud pits, etc.) a little trail running and a few stretches on asphalt. A lot of fun is Guaranteed!!

Team Organization -- Teams shall consist of three members. Only teams entering the military and ROTC categories will be required to wear military-style combat boots. Teams must cross the finish line together as a team. Teams entering the military category will be competing for the Volkslauf Mud Cup, which will be awarded to the first overall military team and who will hold the cup until the next Volkslauf. The student class is open to junior high and high school students 13 to 17 years old
Base Access -- This event is being held on the Naval Construction Battalion Center which is a Military installation. Please ensure you bring identification (drivers license, passport, etc), valid proof of vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration. Without these you will not be allowed on the base.....No Exceptions will be made.
