He manages the Sacramento office and focuses on project management process excellence to help and train clients in planning, executing, controlling and auditing projects. Anuj specializes in utilizing PMBOK Processes, Six Sigma Methodology, SEI and client PMO process to develop Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC). The processes are identified to the lowest level in process flow to achieve project goals and enhance productivity.
