Doing More with Less: Strategies for Improving Performance, Increasing Motivation and Leading Your Team to Success in these Trying Times

Cut backs in budget and personnel have forced all of us to think through what we do, how we do it and when we do it. This is especially important for those in positions of leadership, management, and/or business ownership. This workshop, led by ArLyne Diamond, Ph.D. will focus on how to:

* See the right opportunities and seize those opportunities
* Set proper standards, expectations, deliverables, & goals for your boss, yourself, your staff
* Prioritize effectively - not all tasks are equal
* Cut back on the non-essentials
* Poka-Yoke (mistake proof) your work
* Motivate others to focus, engage, and put their brains and energy into what they do
* Delegate effectively (with or without staff)
