Kathryn Ullrich, founder of PANW/ATW - now SDForum's Tech Women's Program, has been leading a series of Getting to the Top career development programs with Stanford and UCLA business schools for three years. Through interviewing panels of senior leaders, she has been exploring how successful leaders leverage the necessary knowledge and skills to get to the top. She will share findings from her book-in-progress and lead a panel of senior executives on discussing tips and best practices for advancing to the next level in different functions, including:
