In the next ten years, more than one billion women are expected to enter the workforce or start their own businesses. In emerging markets, women are expected to be the dominant force taking on increased leadership and expanding their roles in upper management; but all female business leaders across all industries still feel a burden of loneliness. To celebrate the 2011 International Women's Day and launch the Global Women's Journey series to discuss women's path to leadership.
