Screw Pop Culture’s Horror Film Festival September 2, 2009

Screw Pop Culture presents the Horror Shorts Film Festival. We are looking for over the top, hair raising, fear inducing films. Any subject matter and technique will be accepted in the horror genre. The screening will be held Saturday October 24th in Los Angeles.

Eligibility
Open to all filmmakers. You must be the rightful owner of the submitted work and own all rights and releases necessary for public screening. Preview materials will not be returned unless a self addresses stamped envelope is submitted.

Format
DVD only. Please ensure that your disc is compatible to a standard DVD player prior to sending it to us. All DVD’s must be clearly labeled with the title, running time, director’s name and contact email address. Entries may be of any length, but only the 30 second preview will be judged and voted on the site.

Submission process
Download the SUBMISSION FORM at the bottom, send entry form, and DVD to the address below. Please send a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish your DVD to be returned.

Judging
Films will initially be judged by audience based on the 30 second preview on the movie section Screw Pop Culture website (www.screwpopculture.com/movies). The top 20 films will be be judged by a panel on October 24th.
