Scott Hamilton and Friends in Concert August 31, 2011

Music lovers take heed, world class tenor saxophonist Scott Hamilton will appear in concert for one night only at Horizons/Ondine in Sausalito on Wednesday August 31st at 8:00pm. This rare Bay Area performance will celebrate the release of pianists Larry Vuckovich’s new CD “Somethin’ Special” the most recent of the forty plus albums that Hamilton has recorded on. Joining Scott and Larry will be an astonishing lineup of the Bay Area Jazz greats: Noel Jewkes “the best mainstream reedman in the Bay Area”, Harold Jones, drummer for Tony Bennett and Count Basie, Jackie Ryan, extraordinary Jazz vocalist plus bassist Paul Keller and drummer Chuck McPherson.
