Chicago Sister Cities International Program will transform Daley Plaza into an international village with the 3rd Annual Chicago Sister Cities International Festival on Daley Plaza, June 2-6. This year’s festival will feature performances from Sister City Toronto's Scotiabank Caribana Festival on Monday and Tuesday.
