The widely acclaimed jazz saxophonist, composer, arranger, Janis Steprans, will play the Upstairs Jazz Bar & Grill on Sunday- November 4, 2007.

This talented alto/tenor saxophonists style is influenced by John Coltrane of the late '50s (the Ballads album), along with, to a lesser extent, Wayne Shorter. It is sure to be an inspirational night of great jazz.

He is joined by Geoff Lapp on piano- Dave Laing (drums),and Paul Johnston(bass)..all members of the Geoff Lapp Trio.
