Wine for Weddings - NEW in 2009

There is no better place for wine than a wedding! Add some style and grace to your special day with white wine, red wine, dessert wine, and of course Champagne. We’ll explore the choices you have for the toast, main meal and reception, including food and wine pairing considerations and quantity and cost estimates. We’ll explain the dreaded corkage fees and if it’s better to go with the venue’s wine choices or bring your own. We’ll help you take the stress and guesswork out of at least one decision! And, of course, tasting examples will be included!

Date: Monday, March 23rd, 7-9pm

Fee: $49 (includes the instruction, materials and wine of course!)
