Savvy Cellar Class: Organic Wines! New in 2009!
An introduction to the concepts involved in organic and sustainably produced wines: organic grapes, sustainable farming, biodynamic, organic wines. Did you know that many wines available today meet some organic qualification but many wineries have not marketed this fact? Why? Taste several examples of organic wines. You be the judge: Is organic good for the earth and your body and can organic wines taste as good as the best wines out there?

Date: Monday, April 20, 7-9pm

Fee: $49 (includes the instruction, materials and wine of course!)
