SAVOY Savory Seminars are 45 minute programs designed to educate, entertain or motivate while guests enjoy a delicious 2-course prix fixe lunch.

Potential presenters are required to attend this overview/orientation prior to presenting.

This orientationwill be the "dress rehearsal" for the events. Just like a "real" SS - each attendee will get to experience a Savoy lunch and experience the room/layout. Cost for the orientation lunch will be the same as well - $15.

SAVOY Savory Seminar Description1. Topics must be timely and relevant. 2. Attendance will be limited to no more than 12 guests. 3. Presenters must be subject matter experts. 4. Presentations may not be a 40 minute infomercial. 5. No solicitation of guests. 6. No epresentations no screens, TVs, DVDs or PowerPoint. 7. Business cards and other collateral may be displayed and made available. 8.Authorsmay have their book(s) available for sale after the event. 9. Guests may volunteer their contact information but are not required to do so.
SAVOY Savory Seminar Presenters will:1.Promote their event to their existing client/customer base. 2.Provide and email list to SAVOY for inclusion of SSS promotion. (list will not be made part of SAVOYs general list; however, contacts will be invited to join our mailing list) 3.Agree to a Press Release describing their participation. 4.Arrive at SAVOY at 11:00AM to be available to meet and greet guests. 5.Any presentation with religious or political content must be clearly represented as such. 6.Respect the intent of the SAVOY Savory Seminar. In addition to providing the location and lunch, SAVOY will: 1.Promote the events through our SAVOY eNewsletter 2.Show the event details on the SAVOY website calendar. 3.Handle reservations, registration and confirmations.4.Provide a complimentary lunch to the presenter.

SAVOY is located at Greystone Village in North Raleigh and features modern American and European cuisine and a large wine list. The menu is designed as a multi-course experience influenced by seasonal availability. Breads and desserts are made daily and the menu changes frequently. Owners are French-trained chef brothers Peter Gibson and Marshall Smith. The restaurant is completely smoke-free and offers private dining options as well as romantic evening packages.
