He has been directly responsible for providing the needed tools for launching movements throughout the USA...and he’s coming to Cincinnati to help our area do exactly the same thing..........Save More Shelter Animals........... This is a Community issue, not just a Shelter issue...........

Winograd’s (first and, most likely, only) visit to Cincinnati is a challenge to area Animal Advocates to embrace and fully implement the Life Saving Formula of Programs to achieve No-Kill...........
