First Course Flight:

Creamed Finnan Haddie paired with Laphroaig 18 yr Islay Single Malt Scotch.

Smoked Haddock lightly poached with bay leaf & nutmeg cream sauce.

Second Course Flight:

Scotch Broth paired with Glenkinchie 12 yr Lowland Single Malt Scotch

Roasted Lamb, pearl barley & seasonal vegetables enveloped with a fragrant broth.

Third Flight Course:

Dumbarton paired with Springbank 15yr Campbletown Single Malt

Mixed Greens, Pan Seared King Scallop, & Anjou Peppered Pears with a brushed citrus glaze

Fourth Flight Course:

Scottish Beef Fillet paired with Highland Park 18 yr Highland Single Malt Scotch

Scottish Beef Fillet with Wild Mushroom Ragout & Tarragon Mashers.

Fifth Flight Course:

Cranachan paired with Glenfiddich 15yr Solera Reserve Speyside Single Malt Scotch

Double Cream layers with scotch honey, fresh raspberries and toasted oatmeal.
