Save Cedar Mill *Stop Wal-Mart* Meeting May 17, 2005

At the first Save Cedar Mill group meeting we will review the Wal-Mart application process, give you the latest news of our efforts, answer questions, and hear from several speakers. We will also have lawn signs, bumper stickers, and buttons for sale. It promises to be an exciting, energizing and informative evening!

Save Cedar Mill is a non-profit Oregon corporation organized for the purpose of furthering the common good and general welfare of the community by bringing about improvements to the land use planning process. As its first project, the group is fighting to prevent the construction of a Wal-Mart at the intersection of Barnes Road and Cedar Hills Blvd. Save Cedar Mill believes that a wide variety of businesses is better for the community than a single big-box retailer.
