Savannah Derby Devils vs Atlanta Rollergirls B-Funk Allstars March 2, 2007

The Savannah Derby Devils women's roller derby league kick off their first competitive season against the big, bad Atlanta Rollergirls. The roughly two-hour "bout" promises to be a wild and sexy sporting event featuring a performance by local punk rock band Hot Pink Interior. Knowledge of roller derby isn't necessary to enjoy the game. The ladies will start the night off with a quick primer. Join us later for the after-party at Bogeys bar, 11414 Abercorn Street.

The Savannah Derby Devils is south Georgia's first flat-track roller derby league. Formed in March, 2006, the not-for-profit organization is a member of the Women's Flat-Track Derby Association, which means we're "by the skaters, for the skaters."

BYO cushion for floor seating inside the rink or BYO chairs outside the rink. Bleecher seating is limited. Alcohol is not permitted in the facility.
