From finding planets in the night sky to predicting the phases of the moon, our Saturday Space Explorers workshops offer a great introduction to astronomy for younger visitors. They are drop-in events, providing opportunities to explore aspects of astronomy using simple cardboard kits that children can take away and use at home.
Free - Drop-in, no booking required. Family (ages 5+).
Held in the Astronomy Centre, sessions start at 14.00, 14.30, 15.00, 15.30, 16.00 & 16.30.
