"An equally gifted solo performer, circus artist and writer, she has — as always — a funny and poignant autobiographical tale to tell. And under David O’Connor’s fluid, perfectly paced direction, she tells it beautifully.” – San Francisco Examiner

“Her humanistic message is again in a mutual embrace with local audiences.” – Bay Area Reporter

4 stars (highest rating) “You don't have to be Jewish or gay or a juggler to love this performer. We could not recommend her more highly.” – San Francisco Theater Blog

"Felder's comic and emotional timing is as sharply honed as her manual dexterity." –SF Chronicle

"Sight" is slyly full of small delights that add up to both a timely political argument and a tale of love that reaches beyond such divisions." – SF Chronicle, Robert Hurwitt

Solo theater artist and trickster, Sara Felder, invites you into the story of a nearly-blind mother and her lesbian daughter who try to “see” each other as they navigate their different perspectives on Israel. With her mix of circus tricks, shadow puppets and a Jewish queer sensibility, Felder sets out to balance family loyalty, social justice and juicy lemons.
