Santa Fe Fiesta Council presents: Contest Selection (FREE EVENT) May 5, 2011

Join us for this FREE event! See the candidates compete for the roles of Don Diego de Vargas y La Reina de La Fiesta de Santa Fe. Each spring the Fiesta Council holds a contest in which local men and women compete to secure the coveted role. The prospective contestants are required to deliver a speech in English and Spanish, and are tested on their knowledge of historical events surrounding fiesta. This is truly a unique event to attend.
