* The downtown Santa Barbara Courthouse, built in 1929
* The waterfront & harbor
* El Presidio de Santa Barbara, built in 1782 as a Spanish military fortress

how much time should I allow to get there from LA? Google says 1:37 (2:20 in traffic) but it's Sunday, which is always a wild card in SoCal. Any insider advice?
