On Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the Harpers Ferry Club in Allston, MA. Doors open at 8PM. Columbia recording artist Ari Hest and fellow artists Mieka Pauley and Tim Blane will play a benefit concert on behalf of the Sanfilippo Foundation.

Sanfilippo Syndrome is a rare and catastrophic genetic disorder that causes a child to appear normal at birth, but as they age in their first year, the build-up of muccopolysaccharides will cause hyperactivity, sleep disorders, loss of speech, mental retardation, dementia and finally death. The Life expectancy for a child with Sanfilippo Syndrome is between 10 to 15 years, which is why a cure needs to be found.

These families need your help in raising money to save their loved ones from the inevitable outcome of Sanfilippo Syndrome. So, come out and enjoy the benefit concert at Harpers Ferry on October 6, 2007 @ 8PM. Harpers Ferry is located on 158 Brighton Ave in Allston, MA.
