The Mock Cafe is an intimate comedy space tucked away in the Mission District that has become the home of bargain comedy for San Francisco.Will Franken,Jasper Redd, Brian Copeland and Robin Williams, amongst many others have "dropped by" to savor this intimate comedy environment. This weeks headliner is comedian Sheng Wang, a favorite at the San Francisco Punchline and recepient of the prestigious Dan Crawford Award, one of the highest honors in San Francisco comedy community. Sheng's likeable stage presence combined with a healthy penchant for absurdity has recently earned him an opening gig with Dave Chappelle. Sheng Wang headlines a full hour and a half of comedy featuring several other local stand-ups.Hosted by Chris Garcia, member/producer of Rice and Beans.
